Before you start
Decide which value each QR code should contain and, if you need a tidy export, which value should become its filename. A header row helps when you use Excel or CSV.
QR Studio processes pasted content and imported files in the browser. The current tool does not send the batch to a QR service.

The three-step workflow
01 / ADD
Paste or import
Paste one value per line, or select a CSV/XLSX file and choose its worksheet.
02 / MAP
Review the rows
Choose QR content, optionally choose a filename column, and check the preview.
03 / EXPORT
Generate and save
Set shared image options, generate with progress, and download a PNG or ZIP.
Check the batch before printing
A generated image can still be wrong for the context where it will be used. Open one or two files, check the destination text, and scan a printed sample at its intended size and distance.
- Keep a four-module quiet zone.
- Use a dark foreground on a light background.
- Test a real printed sample before the full run.
- Split unusually large batches if the device needs more memory.
Start with your source
Use the paste workflow for a short list, or map a spreadsheet when names and content already live in columns.
