SVG, logos & text captions · planned next

Your data stays here. Files and QR content are processed in your browser, never uploaded.

Start with a sample CSV or Excel template.

Large batches may need splitting. A tested, device-safe cap will be set before launch.

A batch in three simple steps

  1. 01

    Add your list

Paste one value per line, or choose a CSV or Excel file from your device.

    URL / text · CSV / Excel

  2. 02

    Set your options

Choose image size, margin, colours, and error correction. Check a sample.

    512 px · M correction

  3. 03

    Download the ZIP

Generate the batch, then save every image with sensible file names.

    labels.zip → named PNGs

The right options. Without the guesswork.

Size & margin

Choose pixel dimensions and a quiet zone; keep at least four modules of clear space.

512 × 512 px
4-module border

Colour & formats

High contrast first. PNG at launch; SVG export is a planned enhancement.

Error correction

L, M, Q, or H. Higher correction tolerates more damage but can make the pattern denser.

Logo & captions

Planned next: centre logos with higher correction and optional text captions.

Your spreadsheet is already the starting point.

Upload Excel or CSV, choose the content column, and name each file from another column. Export Google Sheets as CSV for the same workflow; tab-separated paste is planned next.

A few things you might be wondering

Do I need to download any software?

No. Use a modern web browser. Download only your finished images or ZIP archive. An offline/PWA version is not part of launch.

Are static QR codes permanent?

A static QR code has no built-in expiry. Its content cannot be changed after generation. A website it points to still needs to remain available, so check your destination before printing.

Can I make QR codes from Excel?

Yes. Choose an .xlsx or .csv file, select the worksheet and content column, and optionally select a column for file names. Legacy .xls files are not supported; save them as .xlsx or CSV first.

Can I add a logo or text caption?

Not yet. PNG generation, colours, size, margin, and error correction are available. Centre logos, text captions, SVG export, and PDF labels are planned enhancements.

How many QR codes can I generate?

Browser capacity depends on your device, image size, and content. Keep batches manageable and split very large lists. A tested launch soft cap is still pending; there is no account or signup requirement.

Keep your next step simple.
